Call for Speakers


We are currently seeking submissions for lectures, workshops, keynotes and full day/multiple day courses for the 10th Annual Initial Assessment EMS Conference. IAC 2019 will be held at the Conference Center at Lake Placid in beautiful Lake Placid, NY.

May 16th - Programs, courses, workshops.

May 17th - Programs, courses, workshops and 60 to 90 minute lecture slots.

May 18th - 60 to 90 minute lecture slots.

May 19th - 60 to 90 minute lecture slots.

Any and all topics and formats will be considered. Please note that we have ballrooms, classrooms, wilderness/mountains, bodies of water, a speed skating oval (outside) and Olympic arenas available for programs, if needed. The deadline for submissions is end of the day on September 4, 2018. All those who submit will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email or telephone, no later than end of the day on October 22, 2018.

We take pride in giving our presenters a great experience. We pay honorariums, provide travel/lodging when needed and all presenters are welcome at conference events, meals, etc. Please include any honorarium requirements and days you are able to attend with your submission.
